I have suddenly experienced an issue wherein I cannot connect at all to any of the servers, and receive a pop-up message advising that the connection has failed. The connection process starts correctly, and the authentication appears to follow protocol, however, after asking for my username/password, it fails. The log file at the point of failure states:
Mon Aug 13 07:03:05 2018 CreateFile failed on TAP device: \\.\Global\{6919212A-00AA-4750-86A6-4A5A6E0C301B}.tap

Mon Aug 13 07:03:05 2018 All TAP-Windows adapters on this system are currently in use.
Mon Aug 13 07:03:05 2018 Exiting due to fatal error
Has there been a change in the OpenVPN system? Is the problem on my end or the server end? Anything?
