Still Filtered by ISP with OpenVPN

Hope this is the right board for this question. Anyone using OpenVPN and still being occasionally blocked by ISP? Firefox is talking to block.opendns.com and then showing me a blocked message with the name of the website I tried to access (i.e openvpn.net is a blocked website here). I'm running an openvpn server from my house and connecting while I'm traveling from my windows 10 laptop. It doesn't happen all the time but occasionally. I can't figure of why it works sometimes and I get blocked others. I tried a dns leak test and didn't see anything. Below is part of my config file if that helps. Thanks for any ideas or thoughts.

Your ISP is not blocking you .. opendns is.
And they do it on purpose because that is what you asked them to do.

Although, I highly doubt they would block openvpn.net ..

Thanks for your response but I'm not blocking anything. As I said, sometimes I can get to websites and sometimes I get blocked by ISP. I know it's the ISP because if I don't use my OpenVPN client, I get blocked 100% of the time. See image.

I can only spell this out so clearly. I type in a website such as openvpn.net or thechive.com and the browser is rerouted to block.opendns.com. This happens 100% when not using my openVPN client and partial when I am.
