Connect to Windows Shares behind OpenVPNServer

Hello,
I succesfully set up the VPN Server on an Asus RT Ac68 and can connect other Routers and Raspbery Pis behind it, but not my other Windows Machines. I test to ping it, until i dissabled the Firewall on that PC it won´t worked, but the Share´s aren´t reachable until now. What should i Change?
