Hi,
We encounter some troubles (randomly unfortunately) with users connected on network that we don't manage, mainly with hostel WiFi)
Sometimes, users can't access web pages hosted in our internal servers using their web browsers.
VPN is well mounted.
We can ping servers using their IP or their FQDN, Name resolving (nslookup) also works fine.
When we enter IP address of the server on the web browser, we've got the expected error message (only answer with the specific FQDN URL).
But when we fill the full FQDN URL, the pages are not served.
I think that this issue is probably caused by proxies/captive portals but I'd like to understand what happens and if there's a way to override this issue.
Do you have any ideas or suggestion about it?
Thanks.
Seb.
