windows client auto-connect with multiple connections

I'm using the Windows OpenVPN client. When I have a single connection configured, I can get openvpn to auto-connect when windows starts. However, if I have more than one connection configured, I have to manually start the connection(s).

Is there some way to make the Windows OpenVPN client connect automatically to specific connections? For example, auto-start one connection for work, but the other I want to manually start if I need it.

How does this help? I am able to start OpenVPN Client on Windows automatically just fine, it's coaxing it into making an OpenVPN connection for particular connections, that's my problem.
