Share a VPN on asus router

Hi

More and more vpn's ip addresses are getting blocked from services such as iplayer, netflix and now for me, amazon echo.
This really effects me while I am at home.
I really want to have a VPN full time for home use.

Is it possible and what would be the downsides or security issues with swapping VPN logins with another home user so they would go through my connection at home and I would go through theirs?
