I do understand that it is an Apple restriction that iMessage/Facetime traffic will not be routed through VPN. However I am wondering if there is any workaround? Like will it help if I do VPN over a proxy? Or can I "force" anything

My another question is, if a third party app (whose traffic goes through VPN with no problem) has push notificaiton enabled, will the notification be correctly routed through VPN? The FAQ mentioned that push notification may not work, but it does not give much details on that..
