Is VPN for me?

Hi all
I know nothing about VPN. I live in costa rica and am looking for a way to hide ip address in order to get blocked content and to allow me to use my amazon prime membership to stream video. Am planning on using one of the paid services, as our Internet speeds here are slow to begin with and can't afford the loss of speed on the free services.
My question is... How many gb do I need to view movies maybe twice a week? Thanks in advance for any relevant info!!!

You can Unblock Amazon Prime with a reliable VPN like Ivacy. Here is how

If you are paying for a good VPN service they should not be restricting your data usage. But if they are you would require about 1.6Gb per film per week if your watching in standard definition.

I think if you have budget for a paid VPN, you will not have any problems with limitations and caps...

Yes, You will need a VPN to do what you want to do. You can find a good comparison of paid options www.vpnmentor.com/blog/how-to-get-a-costa-rica-ip-address-from-anywhere.

You can also check out many free VPNs available online which work with OpenVPN too.

If you know nothing about VPNs the good start would be independent VPN review sites, especially ones which have reviews, top 10 VPN lists and VPN comparison charts with all pros&cons of the VPN service, like this https://www.geekbyter.com/vpn-comparison-chart/. I personally like SurfShark, think it's one of the top nowadays.
