Lost email - Can't access account

Hi,

My account recently auto-renewed but as it happens I'm currently using a different VPN - I snagged a lifetime membership.

Unfortunately, I think I set up my OpenVPN account with a dedicated email that I no longer remember.

Attempts to guess the email to reset the password have so far failed.

Is there a way to reverse lookup my account?

What support channel might be the most correct?
