OpenVPN Client is not connecting

I'm trying to use the OpenVPN client (http://openvpn.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=357) with OpenVPN 2.2.2 Server.

I've properly setup portforwarding (1194 and 443 I believe?) and I keep getting this error:

Unable to obtain Session ID from x.x.x.x:443: XML-RPC: ConnectionRefusedError: 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

What am I missing?

I've tested and restarted the service on the server and there seems to be no issues.

Post more log, as I don't see the moment where it is happening. Use verb 4 in your config.
