Establish a TLS connection to Active Directory

After successfully installing OpenVPN Access Server (AS) and configuring LDAP with Microsoft Active Directory, I am facing a challenge. I would like to establish an encrypted connection with the Active Directory server. However, I encountered difficulties when enabling TLS on the OpenVPN server, as it does not seem to be functioning properly. I have searched for tutorials or guides on how to resolve this issue, but I could not find any. Could you please provide guidance on the necessary steps to set up TLS on both the OpenVPN server and the Active Directory server?
