Linksys router

Hi, I have a Linksys WRT3200ACM AC3200 router and two Linksys Velop Mesh Routers WHW03, and I want to install OpenVPN with a proxy on the router. I wanted to know if I can configure both Linksys Velop Mesh Routers WHW03 and the Linksys WRT3200ACM AC3200 so that each one has a different OpenVPN with proxies and is working at the same time.
