Very slow and not ussable Vpn

Hi im kinda new to this topic I set up an open Vpn on my Asustor Nas at home. I dowloaded the ovpn file . And imported it in after login in i saw horrible speeds of 700bs it doesn't even connect with google. At home I have 1 gigabit download per second. where is my mistake?
