When I run OpenVpn after Android security patch distributed on June 1st, I get the following error.
"Unable to get VPN permissions, you may need to reboot device and trt again."
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 FE
The same phenomenon occurs in the above two devices.
Is there a solution?

Any luck in solving? Tried using today and getting same error. Rebooted with no luck.

Same issue here. Also a Samsung device. It was working for years, and just as I'm away on holiday this issue appears. Anyone found any solution yet?

Same issue here on a Samsung S23 Ultra. I also use surfshark as vpn but suddenly OpenVPN brings me this error message. No change after a restart.

Same issue here with S22 Ultra. Definitely looks like a Samsung specific issue.

This is still an issue! I doubt Samsung will ever find/fix this issue

Still same issue today with Samsung S22.
Will try reinstalling.
