Setting up an Stealth OpenVPN on Linux via SSH

Hello I have a linux server and I want to make this for my friends in my country that they can access to internet, I looked everywhere but I got more confused. Can anyone help me and say it to me what should I do?
I don't know anything about coding or stuff like that if someone just can help me with the codes in order that I should put into PUTTY I will be grateful.
