[easy-rsa] How to generate certs in Windows signed with SHA instead MD?

Recently my openvpn stopped working saying md certificate too weak. How to generate new certificates in Windows using provided easy-rsa tool? I have latest openvpn version 2.4.3 but seems its still building certs with MD. How to change it to SHA?
