currently running AS 2.0.12 (RADIUS to AD), to upgrade to 2.1.3 will everyone need new .ovpn files?

Hi, I'm running AS 2.0.12 with RADIUS to an AD. Is there a way to upgrade to 2.1.3 without having all the users install new .ovpn files?
Also, for the licensing, will my license activate on the new AS, or will I have to get new keys?
