Tap-Windows Adapter v9 problem

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not.
My problem is the Tap-Windows adapter v9 not connecting. It will try to connect and say unidentified network. The reason I have the adapter setup is for killping which I installed. Im just not sure if I'm missing something I should be setting up or what.
The tap adapter will change to Unidentified network.
