Ciher Algorithm 'AES-256-GCM' not found

Hi all,
I'm configurer OpenVPN on my ubuntu 16.10 with a preconfigured file. When I try to connect with the openvpn cli, it says that the Ciher Algorithm 'AES-256-GCM' is not found.
Any idea why it isn't installed ?
