How many clients can connect to an openvpn server?

Hi,
I have a project use openvpn,but requirement is one openvpe server can hold 800 clients to access.My situation is like that:
1.Os is centos 7 64-bit
2.Hardware machine is 24-core 16G ram.
3.Network switching is 1000M
So,how can i do for what is said above?Please help me,any suggests are helpful!...
