ERROR: Windows route add command failed [adaptive]: returned

I am getting a error on my VPN it keeps printing the same line over and over again.
Here is the whole status, what does it mean and how can I fix it?

Using the OpenVPN-GUI on W7/8/10 etc ..
  • Being logged in as administrator is not sufficient for OpenVPN to work.
    You must select OpenvpnGUI.exe and <right-click>:"Run As Administrator" ..
This is a security measure imposed by Microsoft not OpenVPN.
