Open VPN CA Certificate

Hi All,
I am new to open vpn, please find my issue as follows
Issue: Unfortunately i have entered the command "./build-ca Username " instead of ./build-key to create keys for the user on vpn server(Debian Linux).
After that i found an issue when we are creating new keys those keys are not connecting to the open vpn server. how do i resolve/revoke this issue and all old vpn clients are connecting to this open vpn server successfully only issue with the newly generated client keys.
I hope certificate is altered..how do i resolve this
Could some one help on this pls...
