Openvpn server problems ( I've ever seen on the forums)

Hello, i have a strange problem with my Openvpn server.
My server is a debian 7.0.
Everything works fine (I can connect, internet access)
But when I started to download at high speed (or do a speedtest) for some time (5 seconds or more), I completely lose my connection to openvpn. But I can stay connected for hours without problems but without any downloads.
When this problem occurs, and I disconnect from it and I'm back on my "real" connection, I can not access my server via SSH or OpenVPN for a while (it does not answer)
Can you help me?

can you transfer a file (via ssh) from your server to your client?
check if you expirience same problems..

if you do , you need to tune your mtu settings...

It works! without problems (via FTP and im connected to the vpn atm), and when im not connected its same it works too

but i dont know how to transfer a file via ssh, i transfert everything via ftp
