openvpn conn is too slow. Digital ocean server

Hi, there! I rent a digital ocean vpn server. My clients runs ubuntu 18.04. Everything works fine on my office computer.
But at home I can barely open the page through vpn connection.
I set up my vpn configuration with openvpn network-manager-openvpn, network-manager-openvpn-gnome through gnome UI.

Here is my client.conf:

It is connectiong, but very slow! I have no idea, how to fix this
