User Directories

How can I create a client connect script that automatically connects users to their personal home directories. Since this clients are more shared computers the auth-pass.txt file is not going to work. I need a way to pass the username and password into a script to connect to resources since I don't know who will be connecting on a specific computer at any given time.

I'm pulling my hair out, so any guidance will help.
