New OpenVPN Version

I am a newby so I need some guidance. I installed the latest OpenVPN Windows installers (2.3.7-I603) from the site. It appears as it does not not contain the latest OpenSSL version (1.0.1p). How do I upgrade it? Or am I cliking on the wrong link. Thanks for the help. Damien.

Are you sure you installed the correct file ?

I believe I installed the correct file. I downloaded it again 5 minutes ago same result.
So I must have
1) Either the wrong link
2) The wrong link is posted in the website

I am sure I installed the correct file bit it still has the old version of OpenSSL version so I am at a loss. Damien
