I am not receiving data from the VPN server

Hello everyone, I am having problems on the client side, the fact is that I make the connection with my VPN server, but I do not receive data, any idea what could be happening? thank you.

What version of OpenVPN Connect is involved here?
If it is not the latest version, please try the latest version here: https://openvpn.net/client/
