Established A Connection for One Day But Now Lost

Hello,
I have a Cudy AX3000 router which has OpenVPN built in. I exported the configuration file and installed the client on my other PC and the connection worked perfectly, for one day. Now it will not establish a connection. I even did a factory reset and re-exported the file and it still will not connect.
I also rebooted the Spectrum modem and the IP address has not changed (before exporting the new file). The IP address didn't change after the reboot.
