We are having a problem with the VPN and I don't know if anyone is experiencing the same thing. The problem is that we have a user on another continent, we created the credentials for our computers, he receives stable pins between 200 and 300 ms but he cannot connect to it, we deactivate the firewall on his machine and ours. These devices are RB, servers, switches, etc... I test their credentials and VPN from my machine and I connect normally. Is there a policy or section where OpenVPN denies my connection due to latency issues or something specific.

Estamos teniendo un inconveniente con la VPN y no se si a alguien le esta pasando lo mismo. El problema es que tenemos un usuario en otro continente, le hicimos las credenciales a nuestros equipos, le llega con pines estables entre 200 y 300 ms pero no puede conectarse al mismo, desactivamos firewall de su maquina y de las nuestras. Estos equipos son RB, servidores, switch, etc... Pruebo sus credencias y vpn desde mi maquina y me conecto normal. Hay alguna política o apartado en donde OpenVPN me niegue la conexión por temas de latencias o por algo en especifico.
