telecom operator blocks VPN

My telecom operator started blocking VPN, if it is possible to hide from the telecom operator that I use VPN?

Obfuscation. but it is not easy. Check V2Ray project.

If it is your own VPN you are hosting and connecting to, you might be able to configure the VPN server/client to run on port 443 instead of 1192
