OpenVPN with FIPS 140-2 OpenSSL

I'm wondering if there are any tutorials for configuring OpenVPN to use FIPS 140-2 enabled OpenSSL? Based on my research I think I need to use openvpn-devel, but I can't find any HOWTO or tutorials on openvpn-devel.
