Hi,
I have installed open vpn and followed this guide https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/w ... ngOpenVPNk looking to set up a VPN where a laptop can work as the server and a router as the client.
I was able to do everything the guide says, but when I got to the point I had to open the gui and attempt to connect, I got an error:
"Connecting to management interface failed. View log file for more details"
And the log file says:
"Options error: Unrecognized option or missing or extra parameter(s) in server.ovpn:79: cert (2.4.3)
Use --help for more information."
I opened up my server.ovpn file but after I did that, I don't know what else to do. I guess the error tells me that there is something expected to be on that file, and it is not there. I really don't know where to grab the cert (2.4.3) file from and how to add it to the code.
If anyone has a clue of how to solve this, I appreciate the help in advance.
