VPN Connected but cannot access server IP by client using wifi

Hello! I'm currently using the latest Openvpn version for my ubuntu server in the office and I can connect and access office server from my home PC via wired connection. But if i connect VPN using my android phone via home wifi (no errors in VPN connection), I get an error that the page cannot be displayed and i cannot ping my server address. If i use 4G on my phone and connect VPN, then i can access my server. Any suggestions on what is wrong and how to fix this?
