still not able to access blocked websites

hi, first of all I'm a newbie to openvpn or any networking. so please avoid fancy explanations :) I bought a digitalocean droplet and installed openvpn to be my own vpn provider. I installed openvpn looking at the instructions here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-an-openvpn-server-on-ubuntu-16-04 and now I can access blocked websites through my tablet, netbook and phone. The problem? Well, the desktop pc that the modem is connected still can't access these websites. It works though except that little but annoying little thing. My ip changes. What do you guys suggest to me? What can be the problem?
