Can you setup Access Server (web interface) after an install?

Hi, Ive just gone through the process of setting up OpenVPN on a linux VM and it works great. I didnt setup the web interface where you can add users, manage it , etc as this wasnt in the tutorial, can this be added on without resetting all my setup??

The tutorial I followed (see below) took me 45mins - 1hr so dont want to have to do all this again.
