Windows 7 machine as a client

I have Windows 7 machine, which is a OpenVPN client, server is running on Linux (Raspbian).
Network is 10.10.7.0/24. On Windows 7 I have set up VPN adapter - I added gateway address (10.10.7.1) manually. I am also running the OpenVPN GUI as Administrator.
Actually, I have followed this guide:
http://asktheoracle.com/blog/how-to-make-openvpn-work-with-the-windows-7-firewall/
I have several clients, and all seems to work just fine, except Windows 7 machine. It connects to OpenVPN network, I can ping gateway and the machine itself (ping 10.10.7.14 from this machine works), but from server or other clients I cannot ping the machine.
Unless, I disable Windows firewall. In that case everything starts working and I can also run nmap and see several open ports.
Any idea what could be wrong?
