OpenVPN Server on Debian TLS-cipher option help

Post by wildcat2083 » Tue Mar 07, 2017 4:00 am

I have a quick question, i have a vpn server running on a debian virtural machine and i can get it to connect successfully and traffic internet from clients properly however i am attempting to set the tls-cipher option and after getting the syntax right from the server side, I can not get the client to connect with that option enabled the client for now is openvpn connect android app, it supports the newer tls ciphers as my dd-wrt setup works

i am needing to know exactly which security related options i might need on the server and client side to get this to run correctly
the server logs reports "expected" x and several options which most are there already in the client config
