can not understand the internal setup of OpenVPN

Hi every one,

I am trying to setup OpenVPN server in my environment. I have about 50 servers with mixed O/S(windows and linux) in my company.

I need to configure Openvpn server to access them from any public place. My questions are,

Q. No.1: Do I need to install openVPN server on every server machine to access it from remote
location using public places?

Q. No.2: If I prepare one OpenVPN server machine than what configurations are required on server
side which contain the information about all the other server machines?

Q. No.3: how openVPN route traffic?

Please guide me.
