OpenVPN Client on Windows 10 Connect but no data

Until just recently (I believe due to forced Windows 10 Update), my OpenVPN Client was working fine.
Now it is not.
It connects, but I can't get any data through it.

I have a Raspberry Pi running OpenVPN on the latest Build of Jessie (29-02-2016) and running OpenVPN for Android connects and data flows just fine.

Was previously running OpenVPN 2.3.10.I001-x86_64 and it was working just fine, but now it is not - again, I think because of a forced Windows 10 Update. (BTW: Windows 7 just worked - always, Windows 10 just fails - often. I hate it. But that's another thread)

I upgraded OpenVPN to 2.3.I602-x86_64 and that didn't help.
I downgraded the TAP drivers to 9.9.2_3 and that didn't help.

Again, the RPi OpenVPN server works fine with OpenVPN for Android, but under Windows 10 it connects but no data.

So it's something in Windows 10 that OpenVPN doesn't like - or visa-versa.

Any/All help is greatly appreciated.
