au.exe has stopped Working

Hello - I'm trying to uninstall remove openvpn from the windows program and software. I starts to uninstall and then I get au.exe has stopped working. What can I do. I have no access to any VPN anymore. I wanted to uninstall and start over. Win7 64 bit

Ensure you are running with administrator privileges.
