I cant uninstall tap v9 driver, driving me insane!

I cant uninstall tap v9 driver, driving me insane!

Hi guys,

I have tried everything I can think of to uninstall the tap v9 driver and keeps coming back. I wanted to try the windows 10 tech preview but this tap driver breaks networking.
How can I get rid of it permanently, im on windows 8.1.

Uninstall OpenVPN by using the uninstaller.
