Unable to access outside network

I have been trying many different configs and settings in order to get everything working.
I have finally got my test client to connect with my server using Tap with a Bridge and TCP, but once I have connected I am able to ping anything on my network, but nothing off of my network.
I have tried pinging IP and DNS names and time outs each time, trace routes timeout on all hops.
If I ping or trace route something on my network its fine.
