Does openvpn support NATTIng source and/or destination addresses, IE you are connecting two sites that have the same internal IP range, and both your VPN endpoints are windows boxes?(see diagram, but both LANs need to be accessable not just the endpoints)

openvpn does not support NAT at all... this is a feature of your OS not openvpn.
Make it easy, change one of the subnets
but for the record, windows does NAT
