SSL Cipher Hardening Ubuntu 14.04

I've got an OpenVPN AS2 running on Ubuntu 14.04 and I'm trying to remove all weak SSL Ciphers so it will pass a PCI compliance scan. I've searched on OpenSSL for the command to use but am not finding everything needed. Does anyone have any input?
