Where should I put server and client key and cert-s?

Where should I put server and client key and cert-s?

I've generated server keys and certificates and several client ones. Where exactly should I put them? It's not described in the documentation.
Create separate folders for server and client ones? Create also separate folders for keys and certificates? Or keep them all in the /etc/openvpn? Why?
Note that I might have many clients.
