Strange password being received by freeradius. Help!

I have OpenVPN connecting to a freeradius to authenticate a user. I've tested the radius server and it is successful when i run radtest with the info and i get the Received Access-Accept Id 45 from 127.0.0.1:1812 to 127.0.0.1:42304 length 20 response. Great.

However, when i use tunnelblick to connect to the OpenVPN server the radius server is receiving this:

That is definitely not my password and my password is stored in plain-text . Anyone have any ideas what might be up?
