Unable to connect to my VPN server

Hi, I'm not too knowleadgeable on the matter. I've set up a OpenVPN server on my router 2 years ago and was able to connect to it using clients like laptops and smartphones.
But today I couldn't connect to my VPN server. The conenction verbose stops here:

What does that mean, is my OpenVPN server down? I'm not at the same location so I can't check it right now.
