How to use openvpn with ipv6?

Post by Curious1 » Tue Jan 17, 2017 7:10 am

Hi,

I'm newbie learning linux. I got openvpn installed on my learning server using

" wget https://git.io/vpn -O openvpn-install.sh && bash openvpn-install.sh " (told you im a newbie). It's working all right on ipv4. But how do i get it to use ipv6?

The instructions on the site is confusing for a beginner.

Can someone offer any advice (preferably via a easy to follow guide so i can learn by following the steps, and hopefully get the job done in the end? :P)

Oh man, that's a long list of abstract info.

No simple steps to go about how to do it?

well, the server i rented had it's ipv4 blocked by some streaming services that i occasionally wish to use. I assume with a ipv6, it would give me one that is not blocked.

Also, I want to learn how to setup one :)

Cheers

I doubt very much that will help .. I would go for a different VPS Provider ..
