Connection timing out for Aus VPN on iPad

Hi all,
My original post was move to the general board but I think this is to do with the iOS app side of things.

I'm trying use an Australian VPN on my iPad but it always times out no matter what the encryption. I tried a random US and it worked fine but for what I'm trying to achieve I need Australian.

The Australian VPN works on my computer, but not with the iPad (or iPhone for that matter). Using an Australian VPN was one of the reasons I got this product.

Any suggestions?

You must contact the VPN Provider for support .. Only they know how their server is configured.
