No method of bringing in a new profile is working

Email , it wants to open in files or gives me options to send to drop box. Safari (browser) it opens the .ovpn file. Itunes there is no file sharing (maybe that has gone the way of the do do bird).

I'm moving between VPN end points and would like to have both, but I can't add 2 by hand, so figured that maybe importing is the only way but that's not working.

IOS 10.x Iphone 6s, I even tossed openvpn connect away and reinstalled, same deal

First I'm obviously an idiot, I don't use itunes for anything and was not aware there were options under the iphone screen, so going lower I see where I could add files (been so long!)

Second if typing the config file extension correctly, I would have not had these issues, but opvn != ovpn!! BAHH
